Access Consciousness® is a set of tools and processes that are designed to facilitate greater awareness for everyone. Consciousness includes everything without judgment. It is the willingness and ability to be fully aware, fully present in all areas of your life.

Access's invitation is to help you recognize yourself as the infinite/unlimited being that you truly are and move to the stage where you generate a life beyond the you that you think you are. As an infinite being you operate from an infinite perception, a knowing, a state of being and receiving. As an infinite being, everything is possible all the time and you have total choice. As a limited being, you tend to operate from thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Access Consciousness® aims to free you from the polarity, imprisonment, conditioning and limitation of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. When we operate from our limited aspect we choose to have few choices and limited possibilities. Polarity prevents us from truly seeing things as they are, so we cannot change what we would like to change. It keeps us functioning from the traumas and dramas, troubles and intrigues of this reality. Our addiction to polarity is one of the strongest addictions there is.
Access Bars®
Access Bars is an energy rebalancing process developed by Gary Douglas, aiming to generate cranial relaxation associated with deep relaxation of the body, releasing tensions linked to stress, to different forms of moral suffering (conscious or unconscious) while promoting the disappearance of the imprints left by limiting beliefs, enclosing thoughts, negative judgments, unpleasant disturbing emotions, old memories and repetitive behaviors resulting from them.
During the various sequences of the session, the practitioner positions his fingers parallel on 32 points forming 16 energy bars on different cranial areas, linked to different aspects of life (the body, sexuality, money, joy, sadness, creativity, time, space, communication etc…)
Stimulated, these energy bars will activate and release all these imprints, giving way to body well-being, inner peace, positive emotions, personal power, creativity, etc.
